Care Professionals enter people's homes at vulnerable and consequential moments. The work may involve personal care, meals, mobility, companionship, transportation, changing routines, and communication with families. It requires more than kindness. It requires responsibility.
Care Professionals may choose among available assignments based on their experience, location, schedule, and interest. Many home-care professionals work for more than one agency. When working an accepted Northline assignment, Care Professionals are paid as W-2 employees rather than independent contractors.
